"I have had a overall great experience with Cool Quest...I felt though that the charge for finding a problem should be credited as part of the cost of repairing the problem...I think that charging the customer for seeking out the problem...and if the part is not available...it seems excessive to me to charge again for going out again and no credit given toward finishing the job...Charging $140 to find the problem and then charging another service charge for the same problem...I don't think is fair..."

"We have been using Cool Quest for all of or Heating/Cooling needs since 2014. WE have referred them to our friends and family ever since. I have had my friends call ME to leave good reviews and thank me for referring them! I work in a service industry and it is easy for me to spot a company that is over their heads. This is why I continue to call Cool Quest because I know that they have the talent and the equipment that I need to make my home comfortable at a reasonable price. I wish there were more stars to leave. "
