"First Time Customer; just finished our first service on an issue that another company seemed incapable of addressing that was causing a ceiling leak. I noticed your install van-truck at our neighbors and called the number on the truck - sure enough the backup 5 Gallon bucket I placed up under the original leak area; about a week later the ceiling leak was back and I found the 5 gallon bucket completely full! Well when your office squeezed us in on the same day with no additional charge, and your tech professionally 'actually' did the job we needed - well we are so incredibly satisfied we are looking forward to our estimate on our secondary drain pan being replaced. Thank you for meeting our expectations when others could not, and I appreciate that your technician performed the necessary work without any shortcuts, and even took the time to point out the issues that he found and other things to be on the look out for. We can not thank you enough for trying to be an A+ company... it shows!!!"
