"An excellent business, dedicated to the service of their clients with timely and quality repairs. We have known Kevin Tussing (Owner) for over a decade now, ever since he first installed an A/C unit in our pool-house. Kevin and his employee's have always been a trustworthy and reliable bunch, making what can be an uncomfortable situation easier to bear. Our most recent transaction took place just prior to the start of spring 2018. Towards the end of summer 2017, one of the A/C units began to fail. It was an older model which serviced one side of the house for over twenty years. The timing could not have been worse and instead of Cool Quest pushing for a new unit swap immediately, they made some adjustments to ensure the unit would survive the rest of the summer, giving us until the end of winter to get our finances in order. They never charged for the minor repairs and worked with us in every way possible to get the new unit installed. An excellent business, providing superior c"
